Why do you think gangs exist? Why do they exist in certain neighborhoods and not in others? Tell me in 5-7 sentences.
Because they wan't problens with the people and because they want to have the pants othe way down they wan't to act like they are to smart and because tehy wan't rspect for the people and the wan't to have they own barrio they do't care about the other peple they care only about there jomies and because they wan't to know the others persons.
